煤氣和沼氣的氣體置換多采用氮氣，可是氮氣的氣體置換成本高而且置換速度也慢，因此有些廠家會選擇使用空氣置換，不但成本低而且置換速度還快，不過采用空氣置換需注意以下幾點：

（1）氣柜的放氣閥應(yīng)控制放氣速度，放氣速度太快，氣體易和鋼板摩擦發(fā)生火花，構(gòu)成嚴(yán)重后果。

（3）選擇適當(dāng)?shù)墓娘L(fēng)機，主要考慮的是鼓風(fēng)機里的風(fēng)壓跟風(fēng)量。風(fēng)壓過低，氣柜較難上升，而風(fēng)壓太高，氣柜上升又會太快；風(fēng)量太小，氣柜上升慢。因此要根據(jù)氣柜的平衡壓力及容積確定鼓風(fēng)機的型號。
(3) When selecting an appropriate blower, the main consideration is the air pressure and air volume inside the blower. If the wind pressure is too low, it is difficult for the gas holder to rise, while if the wind pressure is too high, the gas holder will rise too quickly; The air volume is too small, and the gas cabinet rises slowly. （4）氣柜氣體置換應(yīng)先開鐘罩周邊的閥門，先置換沼氣，再開鐘罩中間的閥門，置換中間氣體，這才能保障氣柜內(nèi)沒有死角位置。
