一：系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行前檢查
1： System pre-operation inspection
1：檢查沼氣流經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的各閥門控制情況，開(kāi)和關(guān)要到位。
1: Check the control of each valve of the biogas flow through the system, and ensure that the opening and closing are in place.
2：檢查循環(huán)水管路上的閥門正確使用情況。
2: Check the correct use of valves on the circulating water pipe.
3：檢查各儀表，儀器是否完好，有無(wú)漏氣、漏水存在，能否正常運(yùn)行。
3: Check whether all instruments are in good condition, whether there is air or water leakage, and whether they can operate normally.
4：檢查每個(gè)用水點(diǎn)水位，系統(tǒng)嚴(yán)禁缺水運(yùn)行。
4: Check the water level of each water point, and the system is strictly prohibited from running without water.
二：運(yùn)行中注意事項(xiàng)
2： Precautions during operation
1：設(shè)備啟動(dòng)前在控制柜觸屏上要確定與之相對(duì)應(yīng)的設(shè)備按鍵。
1: Before the equipment is started, the corresponding equipment keys shall be determined on the touch screen of the control cabinet.
2；循環(huán)水泵開(kāi)啟后，應(yīng)觀察水泵是否上水，壓力表正常穩(wěn)定。
2； After the circulating water pump is started, observe whether the water pump is filled with water and whether the pressure gauge is normal and stable.
3：各設(shè)備啟動(dòng)后，注意機(jī)器聲音、電流、振動(dòng)情況、溫度、螺絲是否松動(dòng)。
3: After the equipment is started, pay attention to the sound, current, vibration, temperature and looseness of screws.
4：每天按時(shí)用手持式檢測(cè)儀測(cè)生物脫硫后H2S三--四次。
4: Use hand-held detector to measure H2S after biological desulfurization three to four times every day.
5：營(yíng)養(yǎng)鹽計(jì)量泵，氫氧化鈉潛污泵24小時(shí)應(yīng)有正常工作水位，兩桶加水時(shí)不要讓液體溢出桶外。
5: The nutrient salt metering pump and the sodium hydroxide submersible sewage pump should have the normal working water level within 24 hours. Do not allow the liquid to overflow when adding water to two buckets.
6：曝氣池水溫控制在32℃-35℃，堿法脫硫PH值控制在8-8.5之間，氧化還原電位在-320—-260mv之間。
6: The water temperature of the aeration tank is controlled at 32 ℃ - 35 ℃, the PH value of alkali desulfurization is controlled between 8-8.5, and the redox potential is controlled between - 320 - 260mv.
三：維護(hù)保養(yǎng)
3： Maintenance
1：每天將系統(tǒng)內(nèi)冷凝水排水閥放空。
1: Vent the condensate drain valve in the system every day.
2：嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行交接班制度，并做好設(shè)備安全運(yùn)行記錄、各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)參數(shù)記錄。
2: Strictly implement the shift handover system, and make records of the safe operation of the equipment and various indicators and parameters.
3：定期對(duì)設(shè)備除塵，潤(rùn)滑，防銹（一個(gè)月一次），保持環(huán)境干潔。
3: Regularly dust, lubricate and rust the equipment (once a month) to keep the environment dry and clean.
4：每天往洗氣水箱注水15分鐘，達(dá)到臟水置換作用，一個(gè)月整體換一次水。
4: Fill the gas washing tank with water for 15 minutes every day to replace dirty water, and change the water once a month.
