氧化鎂濕法脫硫工藝的特點(diǎn)有哪些?

工藝特點(diǎn)(1)反應(yīng)性好,脫硫效率高濕法脫硫的反應(yīng)強(qiáng)度取決于脫硫劑堿金屬離子的溶解堿性。由于鎂離子的溶解堿性比鈣離子高數(shù)百倍,因而鎂基脫硫劑具有比鈣基脫硫劑高數(shù)十倍的脫硫反應(yīng)能力。工業(yè)實(shí)踐證明,鎂基脫硫劑能比鈣基脫硫劑更高的脫硫效率,可達(dá)99%以上,同時(shí)采用鎂基脫硫所要求的噴淋水量?jī)H相當(dāng)于達(dá)到同樣脫硫效率的鈣基脫硫的1/3,耗電量也大為降低。
