養(yǎng)殖場用沼氣發(fā)電機組需要哪些必備條件？

沼氣工程作為畜禽廢棄物資源化利用的能源環(huán)境工程，其沼氣發(fā)電環(huán)節(jié)是較為常見的資源化利用模式，通過開展沼氣發(fā)電利用，既能讓養(yǎng)殖場提高自身的經濟效益，又可緩解電力緊缺的矛盾，還能解決養(yǎng)殖場多余沼氣利用等問題，是一舉多得的好事情。

養(yǎng)殖場開展沼氣發(fā)電機組必須具備三大條件：其一有良好的沼氣生產條件，其二有良好的沼氣貯存條件，其三有良好的沼氣發(fā)電利用設備（負荷）條件。

There are three conditions to develop biogas generating units in breeding farms: first, good biogas production conditions; second, good biogas storage conditions; third, good equipment (load) conditions for biogas power generation and utilization.

為了避免沼氣池的產氣量和生產發(fā)電及生活用氣量不平衡，養(yǎng)殖場的沼氣發(fā)電工程必須配備貯氣柜。有了貯氣柜，整個生產發(fā)電用氣量的調蓄和穩(wěn)壓就有保證，純沼氣發(fā)電就有充分的可靠性、穩(wěn)定性、安全性。因此設置沼氣貯存設備是辦好純沼氣發(fā)電不可缺少的穩(wěn)定因素。

沼氣脫硫

用電負荷量（或同時工作的用電設備功率）是養(yǎng)殖場選擇（購買）沼氣發(fā)電機組輸出功率大小重要指標，也是沼氣發(fā)電利用成功重要因素，直接關系到沼氣發(fā)電的經濟性、安全性和可靠性。

Electricity load (or the power of electric equipment working at the same time) is an important indicator of the output power of biogas generating units selected (purchased) by breeding farms. It is also an important factor for the success of biogas power generation and utilization, which is directly related to the economy, safety and reliability of Biogas power generation.

目前，養(yǎng)殖場利用沼氣發(fā)電基本上是內部使用。在沼氣氣源穩(wěn)定的條件下，假如無視沼氣發(fā)電利用條件，沒有按照養(yǎng)殖場的用電負荷來進行正確匹配沼氣發(fā)電機組，則會出現(xiàn)下面情況：養(yǎng)殖場用電設備多、功率大，沼氣發(fā)電機組輸出功率小，那么大功率用電設備根本不能使用，沼氣發(fā)電意義不大；反之，用電設備少、功率小，而采用發(fā)電功率大的發(fā)電機組，電機達不到一定負荷作功，從而造成發(fā)電機的耗能增加及熱效率降低，節(jié)能效果不明顯，費錢費氣，經濟效益突顯不出。
