2、操作人員要熟悉該位置設(shè)施設(shè)備的操作要求和技術(shù)指標(biāo)，并了解沼氣工程工藝流程；

3、操作人員應(yīng)準(zhǔn)時(shí)準(zhǔn)確填寫操作記錄，運(yùn)營管理人員應(yīng)定期檢查原始記錄；

4、運(yùn)行管理人員和操作人員應(yīng)按照工藝和管理規(guī)定檢查結(jié)構(gòu)、設(shè)備、電器和儀表的操作。

大型沼氣工程管理要點(diǎn)：
Management points of large-scale biogas project:
1、投料量和周期應(yīng)按工藝設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)進(jìn)行，并在實(shí)踐中摸索出參數(shù)；

2、維持相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的厭氧消化溫度；

4、厭氧消化器的攪拌不得與排泥同時(shí)進(jìn)行；

5、宜每日監(jiān)測(cè)：pH值、揮發(fā)酸、總堿度、溫度、氣壓、產(chǎn)氣量和沼氣成分等指標(biāo)，掌握厭氧消化池運(yùn)行工況，并根據(jù)監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)及時(shí)調(diào)整大型沼氣工程運(yùn)行方案或采取相應(yīng)措施。
5. Daily monitoring: pH value, volatile acid, total alkalinity, temperature, air pressure, biogas composition and other indicators should be monitored daily to master the operation conditions of anaerobic digestion tank, and timely adjust the operation scheme of large-scale biogas project or take corresponding measures according to the monitoring data.
