沼氣提純技術(shù)的可行性分析

沼氣提純在西歐(德國、丹麥、瑞典等)一些國家的動力總量的比例為10%左右。沼氣提純技能,如加壓水洗法、化學(xué)吸收法、變壓吸附法和膜分離法等技能已完成商業(yè)化使用,其間加壓水洗法和變壓吸附法歐洲沼氣提純商場使用率高,各占1/3。

在國內(nèi),沼氣提純技能近幾年逐漸鼓起,但提純的首要工藝,包含脫硫、脫碳和脫水,在合成氨等工業(yè)氣體凈化項目中早已應(yīng)用廣泛并開展成熟。

沼氣提純
脫硫方面,可分為干法和濕法兩大類,其間干法以活性碳法和氧化鐵法為主,濕法包含化學(xué)法、物理法和物化法。在硫含量低的情況下選用干法脫硫即可,硫含量高的情況下一般以濕式氧化法為主,并選用干法脫硫加以輔佐結(jié)合。

In terms of decarbonization, physical methods such as pressurized water washing, pressure swing adsorption, membrane separation and chemical methods such as NDEA and propylene carbonate are the main methods. 脫水方面,在國內(nèi)的加氣母站均設(shè)有脫水設(shè)備,一般選用物理吸附脫水法。

經(jīng)過上述工藝,可使凈化氣到達車用燃氣規(guī)范,凈化后的產(chǎn)品氣可進入城市燃氣管網(wǎng)。
